小児の尋常性白斑に対するNarrow-Band UVB療法

Narrow-Band UVB Phototherapy for Childhood Vitiligo

We treated five children (2males, 3females) with vilitigo using narrow-band UVB(311±2nm) radiation once a week. Two cases were segmental and three cases were generalized (two with halo nevi). Repigmentation was achieved in all patient. The earlier the therapy was started, the earlier it took effect, No side effects were observed.
Narrow-band UVB therapy is a very useful and well-tolerated therapy for childhood vitiligo and helps to improve Patient's quality of life.
